Reason for the star:

This star rewards agents who link to our home page using the Link Favorite graphic on their own home page.

Qualifications for the star:

• has the Link Favorite graphic on their home page with link intact

• official members only

Disqualifications for the star:

• sites with so many graphic links on their home page it looks cluttered

• sites that purposely create home page links so that web visitors might not notice them.

• creating the link so it is not an integral part of the page

• placing the link lower than four clicks on the up-down scroll bar

• removing the link from the graphic

• resizing the graphic.

• the Link Favorite graphic appears more than three scroll clicks from the top of the page.

Comments & Reasoning:

An agent's home page is (pardon the pun) valuable real estate.  If they care enough about us to place a home page link to us, we care enough to reward them with a star in our directory.
