When one web page
links to another page on the web, Google considers that to be a
"vote" for that page. When a web page accumulates enough
votes, it starts developing a Page Rank, which can range from 1 to
10. Higher numbers are better. It is really difficult
for a local real estate agent site to get a 5 or above. If
they do, lots of other sites are linking to them for a reason -- and
we agree.
